The MS-K60 granule packaging machine uses advanced stainless steel weighing sensors and programmable controller technology for weighing control terminals dedicated to packaging scales to realize all actions in the process of automatic quantitative packaging of materials. It has the characteristics of high precision, high speed, strong environmental adaptability, and good system reliability.

Weighing system
Use high-precision sensors or electronic scales to achieve dynamic/static weighing, and the error range is usually ≤±0.2%.
Support multi-level weighing (rough weighing + fine weighing) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Filling system
Fill the granular materials into the packaging bag/container through spiral feeding, vibration feeding or gravity self-flow.
The filling speed can be adjusted to adapt to different granular characteristics (such as fluidity, density).
Packaging and sealing system
Bag making function: automatically complete roll film forming, longitudinal sealing, and transverse sealing (suitable for prefabricated bags).
